Our Mission Statement and a Message from Coach Brandon
Fitness should be fun and accessible. It also is different for everyone. We understand that and emphasize the abilities we all have, not our disabilities.
"I come from nearly a decade of expertise training individuals with various disabilities. Over time, I began to learn the fitness industry has very limited content that is accessible for everyone; especially people with disabilities.
Tactile Training utilizes verbal cues that describe how movements should feel when performed correctly. This technique has allowed audio cuing to guide individuals to perform many exercises safely. If it feels right; you're doing it right!
This unique approach will help you master exercises and learn to love fitness as much as I do. Let's feel fitness!"

Client Testimonials:
Below are a few words from some of Coach Brandon's favorite clients.
As a blind person, Brandon's ability to verbally describe new movements is a critical component to our success in a virtual environment. I am pleased with the progress we've made during this challenging time and look forward to continuing our work together.

Brandon worked with me for two years and was truly exceptional. I am a functioning quadriplegic with progressive multiple sclerosis. He helped me move by designing workouts that focused on my abilities rather than my limitations and helped increase my stamina and functionality. We were able to reach new levels together!
